Our full roast. A rich, deep, full body taste, flavor and aroma. The roasting temperature for a Napoli Blend varies between 204 and 205.6 centigrade creating amazing dark roasted coffee beans that are slightly oily in appearance. The average duration of the roasting process is 13-14 minutes producing a coffee with a strong in taste, with chocolaty and spicy flavor and with very mild acidity. Napoli is great when used to make Espresso, Ristretto and Cappuccino preparations. It's also enjoyed in regular drip machines.
Medium Dark Decaf - Milano
Enjoy the great flavor of a medium - dark roast without the caffeine. Full-bodied flavor…zero caffeine. Made from premium Columbian coffee, decafeinated in Italy with water and roasted and packed at our premises in Thalwil. Our Milano is slightly darker than Venezia, hence it has more body and is rich in taste and therefore perfectly suitalbe for drip coffee as well as espresso preparation.
Medium Roast - Venezia
Our medium roast. Venezia is sweeter than a light roast but with more body and smoother than the traditional American "medium" roasts. The roasting temperature for a Venezia Blend varies between 199 and 200 centrigrade creating an Italian Style medium roast with beans that are dry in appearance. The average duration of the roasting process is 13-14 minutes producing a mild, tasteful fruity coffee with pleasant acidity. Venezia is suitable for mild Espresso, Drip Coffee and Cappuccino.
