I, too, have been buying Bel Etage Venizia for years and also since Silver Service took over the distribution. The new web site is terrific … ordered Sunday and the coffee was at my doorstep on Wednesday. I missed talking to the Silver Service Team for a phone order, but the web was perfect on a day when I was in a hurry. The product and the customer service from these folks is the greatest (five star world class).
