The selection of coffee types, size of orders, and the frequency of your introductory order will be the same for all ongoing orders. There is no minimum order of coffee required for ongoing subscriptions; however, there is a two-order minimum to receive the discounted subscription price.
Coffee Savings: 10% savings on your initial order and 5% subsequent recurring coffee orders within subscription program; savings not valid for compatible coffee purchased outside of the subscription program.
Shipping Charges: Ground Shipping is included on recurring subscription orders.
Frequency Commitment: To receive the coffee savings, you must accept at least two recurring orders. You may cancel your subscription after your second recurring order. Note: Cafe Bel Etage requires notification of cancelation two weeks prior to your next recurring order.
Your deliveries will automatically continue at the frequency and quantity you have specified unless we hear otherwise from you. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring coffee delivery, plus applicable taxes. You may customize your recurring order by changing your coffee selections, quantity, and the delivery frequency at any time. You are able to manage your program online at cafebeletage.com, or by calling 1-303-840-4413 for personal assistance, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. M.T., or send an email to cafebeletage@gmail.com.

I have been buying Bel Etage Venezia for many years. I have a Saeco Vienna Plus Espresso Machine in my CPA office, in my home, and in my vacation home. This is my favorite coffee. It is dark and rich and it is a nice treat throughout my busy day. The beans are not too oily so the Espresso machines require less cleaning. The 250G bags are convenient since they hold exactly the correct amount of beans to fill the hopper of my Espresso machines. Ordering is easy, the folks there are friendly, and prompt delivery is included in the price. I highly recommend this product and the Silver Service Refreshment Team.

I, too, have been buying Bel Etage Venizia for years and also since Silver Service took over the distribution. The new web site is terrific … ordered Sunday and the coffee was at my doorstep on Wednesday. I missed talking to the Silver Service Team for a phone order, but the web was perfect on a day when I was in a hurry. The product and the customer service from these folks is the greatest (five star world class).

I love my Bel Etage Venezia coffee. Have been ordering it for years from Silver Service. They do a great job and the coffee is wonderful! I still have a Saeco Vienna Plus coffee machine which is at least 10 years old and it is going strong!!
